* Approximately 10'x10' spaces with one 6' table and 2 chairs. No side walls or panels.
** Must provide proof of non-profit status.
- ALL BOOTH RENTALS INCLUDE a $50 DEPOSIT for Rented tent, tables, chairs, etc. – refundable after festival.
- Fees are non-refundable and positioning is on a first come first served basis according to level.

Set-Up Further set-up instructions will be provided upon registration. No cars will be allowed in festival area. You must communicate your needs for trucking assistance on the “Vendor Information Sheet” which will be provided by Celebrate Orgullo Miami Beach (COMB) upon confirmed booth reservation.
Collins Avenue & 73rd Street, Miami Beach (12pm – 7pm)
1) By submitting this “Booth Application,” you hereafter are referred to as “Vendor.”
2) All booths are covered spaces in the outdoors under tents. Vendors may not erect their own tents or coverings in designated area without prior approval. Booth fees are non-refundable.
3) No food or beverage may be sold or distributed without approval and associated fees and insurance requirements may apply. Sample sizes of products may be distributed but only with prior approval.
4) All booths must be open to the public by 12 noon on day of event and must remain open until 7pm.
5) The sharing of booths must be pre-approved by event organizers. Non-profits sharing space with for-profits are not eligible for the non-profit rate.
6) All business or other activity for which Vendor has rented space for must be conducted in the designated booth area ONLY. Distribution, layout or hanging of any items outside designated booth area is NOT PERMITTED.
7) All materials deemed offensive by COMB, in their sole discretion, will not be permitted to be sold or displayed.
8) The Vendor and its employees are expected to monitor themselves on all matters of conduct, attire, etc.
9) No display over 8 ft in height or extending beyond the designated area is permitted without prior approval from organizers.
10) It is the Vendor's responsibility to pay any and all applicable state and local taxes. COMB assumes no responsibility whatsoever for collecting or emitting taxes and/or fees of any kind that may be due from any exhibitor.
11) Each vendor is required to be properly insured. COMB requires a certificate of insurance or other evidence of insurance to be submitted prior to event.
12) The Vendor shall not display, offer for review or sell any illegal or contraband items. The Vendor shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations and ordinances of the State of Florida, County of Miami-Dade and City of Miami Beach.
13) The Vendor shall not display, offer for review or sell any items that are unlicensed and/or copies/interpretations of licensed or registered items at or in connection with either event.
14) The Vendor understands that COMB have no control over weather, acts of God, acts of terrorism, or Government intervention or any other cause that may impair, prevent, end or interrupt the events.
15) COMB and the City of Miami Beach shall not be responsible for any items & the Vendor is solely responsible for the security of all items in their booths at all times.
16) The Vendor hereby agrees to indemnify and hold COMB & Unity Coalition|Coalicion Unida, Inc. harmless for any and all claims and losses arising out of, or relating to a breach of this agreement or a failure of a Vendor that should arise because of such event.

Unity Coalition|Coalición Unida is a Florida 501(c)3 non-profit whose focus is the Leadership, Protection & Promotion of Latino|Hispanic LGBTQ rights (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning) - The only organization of its kind in South Florida since 2002. We are proud to host the Annual Celebrate ORGULLO Festival, appreciate your consideration in supporting this endeavor.
FACTS |
- Now in its 4th successful year, Celebrate ORGULLO is a Festival of Hispanic LGBT Pride - the First Event of its kind in South Florida.
- Saturday, October 4, 2014, 12 noon to 8pm, Collins Avenue at 73rd Street, Miami Beach
- Presenting 2 stages with local, national & int’l. artists, amazing sponsors, community partners and 60+ booths of cultural diversity…including International foods, art, street performers, face painting, carnival games, dancing and a generally great time.
- With attendance well over 6,500 for 2013…our programming, advertising, community outreach, partnership with the City of Miami Beach, sanctioned events and entertainment lineup for 2013, we completely expect our numbers to continue to significantly increase, covering demographics in every category, age, orientation, ethnic and economic bracket.
- The past 2 years we also teamed up with the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau to develop & implement a comprehensive Visitors Survey.
- The event is free and open to the public and a portion of the proceeds from the sale of food and beverages will benefit our LGBT Youth Scholarship Fund and year round programming of the Unity Coalition|Coalicion Unida, Inc.
- Related ORGULLO Events include various ORGULLO Dance Competitions around town, ORGULLO Writers Salon at the BETSY Hotel, ORGULLO Latin Jazz Showcase at the BETSY, the ORGULLO Community Workshops, theatre and film, and much more to come.
- Celebrate Orgullo has over 12 dance contests across Miami Dade & Broward, leading up to ORGULLO, with a DANCE FINALE CONTEST on our stage, crowning the ORGULLO DANCE WINNERS each year, with $500+ in prizes.
