Booth Policies and Instructions

1. All spaces are 6/8 foot table. You need to provide tables, chairs, and a If you would like to rent additional spaces, please let us know. This application signs you up for the above event. Anything you have not listed in the description of product is not to be sold on the day of the event. Please read the Center Rules and Regulations and please sign. Please remember Space Fee Non-Refundable, No Exceptions.

2. I agree to hold harmless Limitless Events, LLC from and all liability, including but not limited to theft, personal injury, public enemy, and to indemnify Limitless Events, LLC for any damages arising from my conduct at the event. In additional I will also abide all rules set forth.

3. You will be supplying tables 6-8 foot table, chairs, clean cloth ( NO PLASTIC TABLE CLOTH)

4. Electricity Rental $5.00 (If you need power you will have to bring your own extensions cords.)

5. Set up will start at 8am on the day of the event. Booth areas and numbers will be marked and you will receive your assigned booth the day of event at check-in ONLY. Your vehicle must be moved to designated parking area after you have unloaded.

6. Take down time will be at 7pm. Not anytime earlier unless authorized by Limitless Events owner.

7. Please NOTE: This year Limitless Events, LLC is partnering with Cardon Childrens’s Hospital to bring in toys for their toy Closet. What does that mean for you? Instead of doing Raffles we will have you bring in a new toy for a child from infant to age 18 and each event I will then collect them and deliver them to the hospital, You can also make a cash donation as well.

8. No mobile / roaming vending is allowed. Anyone engaged in this activity will be asked to leave the grounds immediately.

9. No payments or applications will be accepted the day of event.

10. REMINDER: Payments due Right away.

11. The following items are prohibited and will result in the immediate removal if found:

(a) Tobacco or Drug related Paraphernalia

(b) Fireworks of any kind

(d) Any other Weapons of any kind, including Mace and/or Pepper Stray
