TTS Corporate is an online booking solution specially designed for the corporate segment which integrates the requirements, workflows and approval processes usually associated with corporate travel management.

In all instances where support is required it is important to first determine if the issue is an application issue or a GDS issue.

Setup and Provisioning

  1. Travel agents must go to to sign up for the free account
  2. A validation check is performed via email. Agency Customers should check their Junk mail or email spam filters, in the event that they do not receive a validation email.
  3. For GDS connection the agency must follow the below steps:

In the tool bar, hover mouse over the support icon until the drop down menu appears and then select “How to connect to the GDS”

Click the box “Request Connection”. Complete the Name and Email field and submit.

The KAM will receive an email notification for GDS connection. On receipt of the notification the KAM must raise a request to Provisioning to add the TTS PCC 6Q6V the SVCB field in theAgency Customer’s AAT table.

  1. Once provisioning has been completed and the AAT updated the Agency Customer must login, click on My_AccountMy_AgnecyGDS_Connection. Select “Use Service Bureau Configuration”, complete all the fields pertaining to their agency and click Validate.
  2. Follow the steps as detailed in the “Validating the connection” process, as shown below.

  1. Once the above steps have been completed, a right mark will appear and the connection has been successfully validated.
