2 / Adult Report:
Much improved performances of late, with a close game v Garioch and a much needed win for 1XV v Shetland in the weekend. Had 32 players to choose from in the weekend, so some difficult decisions who to leave out. A new player from NZ keen to join, just awaiting international clearance from NZRU and SRU, also potential he may bring a mate too. Two games left, both at home, 2nd April v Deeside and 16th v Lochaber.
Presidents Day 16th April. Mens meal and drinks and game.
Will see what interest there is for upcoming 7s.
Home 7s potentially 30th April. See if we can get referees?

U18 Not having games at moment, Caley finals day coming up. 6 U18 players in first team squad.
U16 Friendlies.
U15 Caley Shield Semi-final Away to Falkirk next Saturday.
S1 S2 Borougmuir away game (S1 win and S2 lost) and off to watch Scotland v France after. Tour to Wales for a Tournament this week for U13.
Girls to Murrayfield twice. Semi-final and final. Lost but great experience.
Academy needs to be up and running and meeting organised. / PM / ASAP
4 / Junior Report:
Tournament went well. Hiccups with teams attending who didn’t say and last min changes.
PV saw everyone play. Excellent skills on show. Aberdeen missed medals at P7 as given silver when should be gold.
Good turnout club over.
Question over lights payments by Juniors when not using the lights. Will contribute some money. / EK / Next Event
