  • Brief instruction on Skyping
  • Brief introduction to Koning Willem I College (KWIC) in the Netherlands
  • Discuss cultural similarities and difference between the Netherlands and the United States of America using Geert Hofstede’s 5 dimensions
  • Discuss Conversation Guides (see attached). Students brainstorm questions of personal interest about the Netherlands
  • Invite a guest lecturer from the Netherlands to discuss the country, people, and culture.
  • Local Holland Club and Dutch in the USA
