1. The One Day Event will be conducted under the current PCAWA rules for Eventing 2011 with amendments from 2012, WITH MODIFICATIONS.
2. Classes are listed below.

1. Neither the organising committee,nor the PCAWA accept liability for any accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, ground spectators or any person or property whatsoever.
2. The organisers reserve the right to cancel any class or event, divide any class, transfer competitors between sections of a class, alter the advertised times and to refuse any entry, with or without stating the reason.
3. All competitors must nominate a helper over 17yrs of age, one rider – one helper. Helpers nominated for more than on rider will get an extended duty. Entries without a nominated helper will not be accepted. NO SELF HELP AT THIS EVENT.

CROSS COUNTRY BRIEFING:

Please present to the club rooms at 8.00am sharp.

CAMPING IS AVAILABLE IN THE CARPARK ADJACENT TO THE RACECLUB CARPARK, THE AREA BEHIND THE ORANGE BUNTING ONLY. THIS AREA IS AVAILABLE FROM 4.30PM ON THE 27TH OCTOBER. PORTA TOILET AND HORSES WATER WILL BE AVAILABLE, PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN PERSONAL WATER. ENTRY TO RACE CLUB VENUE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED UNTIL 6AM ON THE 28TH OCTOBER.

CROSS COUNTRY COURSE OPEN 7AM SUNDAY MORNING

PLEASE NOTE THAT CLASS 2 WILL BE RUN AFTER CLASS 9 AND CLASS 11 WILL BE RUN AFTER CLASS 16 TO ALLOW FOR RIDERS RIDING MORE THAN ONE HORSE.
