This is a formal request to confirm the presentation package from Operation Firing for Effect that was personally delivered to ADRIAN a member of Governor Schwarzenegger staff with the understanding that this Press Package and Appreciation Award Certificate in custom frame be presented to Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger in tact with all supporting documents included:-

1: Complete Press Package

2: Documentation to prove that OFFE did go through proper protocol to receive appointment for October 17, 2007 with written request was sent in mail and faxed to Capitol office on August 15, 2007

3: California Paralyzed Veterans Association signed mandatory healthcare resolution by CPVA Board of Directors. Please contact Arthur Lytles President of CPVA (562) 826-5713 for confirmation of this document.

4: Orange County Veterans Advisory Council approval of concept for full mandatory healthcare funding of the Department of Veterans Affairs to be put on the election ballot of 2008.

5: Mayor Coerper of Huntington Beach and City Council Agenda to approve full mandatory healthcare funding of the Department of Veterans Affairs to be on the election ballot for the citizens of Huntington Beach California

Operation Firing For Effect would like to set up an appointment with Governor Schwarzenegger by phone conference with Gene Simes OFFE National Director (315) 986-7322 and California Director of Operations Robin (Rusty) Rustan as soon as possible to discuss full mandatory healthcare funding for Department of Veterans Affairs to be put on the election ballot in the State of California.

Operation Firing for Effect also request that the Governor Press Contact information be sent to along with direct e-mail to Governors office so we can discuss full mandatory healthcare funding of the Department of Veterans Affairs with name of your Chief of Staff. OFFE is asking that Governor Schwarzenegger fully approve this healthcare resolution for the State of California in recognition of all those that serve in Armed Forces and National Guard of America.
