Applications can be emailed or posted and must be signed and received no later than
5pm on Friday 24th September 2010.

This application form should be submitted jointly with the Dance Teacher Supporting Application.

Please note this application must be signed by a parent/guardian if under the young person applying is under 18 years old.

This information will be used solely for the purpose of this application and your personal details will only be shared for selection purposes.

  • Sections 1 3 should be completed by ALL applicants/ their parent/ carer in writing
  • If you would like to submit your answers to Section 2 as a recording you can film yourself and send the DVD or the online link as instructed at the end of the form.

2) Making the most of Inquiring Minds
Inquiring Minds is a new programme aimed at equipping young dancers/future choreographers with new ideas, skills & perspectives. The aim of the programme is to widen your understanding of what is possible in terms of creativity, leadership & choreography - this will require flexibility and openness to new ideas.
Please write 450 words max in response to the following questions:

*The full cost of running the Inquiring Minds retreat is £230 per person.*

Applicants are asked to contribute £25 to the cost of their place on the course - payable you are offered a place on the programme.
