Installation key rules:

1. Isolation is necessary to establish on the cold pipeline.

2. At cutting and adjustment insulation tubes qualitative auxiliary tools are applied. Company SPUR a.s. and its partners offer in sale the assembly set containing from:

- The wooden adaptation for cutting also a sharp knife,

- Templates,

- A set of circular knifes from stainless steel.

3. Each tube TUBEX Standart has a partial longitudinal cut. In an isolation installation times cut it, stretch an insulation tube and place it on the pipeline.

4. Cuts are necessary to connect with the help of glue. To fix connection use a self-glued film or a plastic clip.

5. Using glue, make sure that ambient temperature exceeds 10?С. It will provide excellent quality of bonding. For pasting use rubber glue on a basis of polichloropen. From the Czech glue it is recommended Chemopren, Sigapren etc.

6. Tubes TUBEX – Al are covered with packed aluminum film which is faltering in a longitudinal direction and on one of the ends has a selfbonding film. It allows to cut without problems a film in a longitudinal direction, place it on the pipeline, and then paste a selfbonding film of an aluminum film.

7. At cutting always add 1-2 % from length to the demanded length for indemnification ofcorrugation.

8. At isolation of pipeline knees and T-shaped elements apply an assembly set, which is offered by us. To receive a semicircle, take adaptations for cutting and make some cuts on the inner bend side in the places preliminary designated by a template. Apertures for T-shaped elements can be made by means of circular corrosion-proof knifes. Cranes (valves) can be isolated, having wound selfbondingfilm from the facilitated polyethylene, delivered by company SPUR a.s. and its partners in sales.

9. If it is necessary to isolate the pipeline which is in the earth, the insulated tubes should be protected from damages and rodents (for example, an aluminum film).

10. The thickness of insulation are selected proceeding from a difference of temperatures of working and surrounding environments.

11. Insulated tubes from the facilitated polyethylene also protect pipelines from corrosion.

Each tube TUBEX Standart has a partial longitudinal cut. In an insulation installation times cut it, stretch an insulated tube and place it on the pipeline.

Both sides of a cut are necessary to smear with a thin layer of glue and to leave for short time in order it has a little dry, and then connect edges, compressing them densely.

If insulation has thicker walls, it is recommended to makein addition a cutin internal space till 2/3 thickness of isolation.

Thus it is possible to open tube TUBEX and to put on it the pipeline.

By means of a setsquare make a cut at 45 ?,

… connect both parts densely smeared with glue,

… cut from the inside,

…put on the pipeline and paste densely .

Isolate a wire at a bend сlosely, prepare a knee internal dimeter of which approaches to external diameter of isolation, put on it and paste densely.

The template corresponding to the size of isolation, designate places of cuts.

By means of a setsquare make 5 segment cuts.

Cuts are necessary to stick together carefully,

and then to cut given a profiled insulated element on inside, to put on a pipeline knee and stick together densely.

By means of a setsquare make cuts at 45 ? so that connected elements approached to each other,

sticking together, make insulation in the form of letter Т …

Then cut the made T-shaped element from the inside, put on a pipeline branch pipe and stick together strongly.

Isolate in the usual way in a bend, prepare the T-element with the internal diameter corresponding to external diameter of made insulation. The T-element put on and stick together strongly.

The aperture for the T-shaped branch pipe is necessary for cutting out in a place of a longitudinal cut the circular knife corresponding to the size of the isolated pipeline, finish a longitudinal cut, put on isolation and stick strongly together.

Make a twin-wheel a cut on a counter-cell,

Insulate as possible more close to the crane, it is necessary to wind with a light selfbending film to the level of the done isolation, put an insulated tube with an aperture for the crane, the inner diameter of which approaches external diameter of the done isolation. Stick together very good.
