The text should follow a “journalistic” style and avoid terms such as “we/our” but use “the organization/their”.

-Policy (non-controversial,no position paper),

-Business (no adverts) cooperation

-Technology transfer cooperation

Below listed are some examples of news that would be relevant for the newsletter:

  • Cooperation (business, R&D-innovation or research) between Japan and a EU Member State or the EU
  • Information about Japan that would be of interest to EU readers
  • Support for Japanese interested in expanding their activities within the EU (or one Member State)
  • Support for European companies interested in expanding their activities within Japan
  • Information about Japan that would be of interest to EU readers
  • Informative texts (knowledge sharing) such as EU Companies’ experiencewith Japan

For case or success stories: what would be interesting to know are details of the process/strategy followed by the company in order to enter/expand into the Japanese market. The main issues/challenges faced by the company and company product/services/technology specificities that lead the company to be successful in this demanding market.

TIMELINE:

  • Call for texts: The Centre will send emails to its network of potential contributors asking them if they have news to be published
  • Deadline:the last day for the contributors to send the material (texts and pictures)
  • Issues: There are 4 issues per year (March, June, October, and December).
