Mandatory- If information is not updated and complete in the system, you will not be eligible to participate in team events/practices.The below information is Due by August 1, 2015.

The NExTT Injury Management System Student-Athlete Portal is available to you for:

- Updating your current Address and Contact information.(My Demographic Changes)

- Adding/Updating Parent/Guardian information – (Parent/Guardian Information)

- Adding/Updating Emergency Contact Information (Emergency Contact Information)

- Adding/Updating Primary Insurance Information (Insurance Information)

- View your virtual file

- Access important websites, as determined by the Medical Staff

- Completing required forms and receiving essential educational materials

- Help you find a forgotten User ID/Password

Directions on How to Use NExTT

Returning Student-Athletes:

Go to To get started, you should log-in using the User IDthat the Athletic Training Staff provided for you and Passwordthat you created when you first logged in. If you cannot remember your User ID, click on theNeed Help? / New User Registrationlink below the password login. The school code for Western New England University is WNEADS. Click on the tab that reads FORGOT CREDENTIALS, then click on the tab that reads FORGOT USER ID. Enter the required information and you will receive your ID and password. Then complete the information listed below

Incoming Student-Athletes:

Go toClick on theNeed Help? / New User Registrationlink below the password login. Click on the tab that reads NEW USER REGISTRATION.The school code for Western New England University is WNEADS. Enter the required information; note that your Student ID is your Western New England Student ID number.You will then go to your Student Details page. Fill out this information, then click on Save. You will receive an email with your user ID and temporary password to complete registration. Fill out information listed below.

How to use your New Student-Athlete Portal

  1. Update Your Parent Guardian information
  1. On the Home Screen, under your demographic information are 5 Tabs. One is labeled Parent/Guadian Details. Please click on that tab.
  2. If there is no information listed, please click on the small + sign to Add your parent/Guardian information
  3. Once Complete, simply click on the green check mark to save the information entered
  4. IF there is already information listed, please click on the small Pencil Symbol to review/edit the information listed.
  5. Once complete simply click the green check mark to save your information.
  6. If you need to delete the contact, there is a small red X at the end of the information listed. Click on that X to delete the information

  1. On the Home Screen, under your demographic information are 5 Tabs. One is labeled Emergency Contact Details. Please click on that tab.
  2. If there is no information listed, please click on the small + sign to Add your Emergency Contact information
  3. Once Complete, simply click on the green check mark to save the information entered
  4. IF there is already information listed, please click on the small Pencil Symbol to review/edit the information listed.
  5. Once complete simply click the green check mark to save your information.
  6. If you need to delete the contact, there is a small red X at the end of the information listed. Click on that X to delete the information

3. UPDATING YOUR ADDRESS AND CONTACT INFORMATION ONLINE

I.Select the Menu labeled My Demographic Changes

II.Select Contact Info Changes and update your information.

III.Select Address Changes and update your information

IV.Select tab Parent/Guardian Details and update your information.

V.Select tab Emergency Contact Details and update your information.

4. Update Your Insurance information

  1. On the Home Screen, under your demographic (student details) information, are 5 Tabs. One is labeled “Insurance Details”. Please click on that tab.
  2. If there is no information listed, please click on the small + sign to Add your Insurance information.
  3. Once complete, simply click on the green check mark to save the information entered.
  4. IF there is already information listed, please click on the small Pencil Symbol to review/edit the information listed.
  5. Once complete, simply click the green check mark to save your information.
  6. If you need to delete the information, there is a small red X at the end of the information listed. Click on that X to delete the information.

5. My Security Questions

In the event you ever forget your User ID or Password, there is a feature on the login screen that allows you to request your User ID and/or password. In order to use this you must first fill out the 3 security questions in the My Security Question section.

-Click on My Security Question on the Menu on the lft.

-You will be asked to pick 3 security questions and 3 answers.

-Once this is done and saved, you will be able to use this feature.
