Job Description:-
Ø Take the Popup calls and solve the query of US clients.
Ø Having good knowledge of handling Troubleshooting technical issues related to computers.
Ø Good Knowledge of ISP Process, Windows 8 ,Windows 10 and MAC.
Ø Very good communication skills.
Ø Achieving individual target.
Candidate Profile:-
Ø Graduate – B. tech (IT AND CS)
Ø Good Communication Skills.
Ø Mechanical or technical aptitude (ability to learn).
Ø A desire to continually learn about products & services.
Ø Accuracy and Time Management skills.
Ø Target oriented person with a zeal to perform.
Note: We will be providing training (No charges) to students for 7 to 10 days, if any student is not able to cope up with the training then he/she will not eligible to join us.
