Fee: $50.00 per 8’ x 8’ Booth, $5.00 Table Rental Fee (optional)

The Talawanda Band Boosters would like to invite you to participate in our annual craft show which will take place in conjunction with the City of Oxford’s Holiday Festival. If you are interested; please include complete description of your main craft product. All items must be hand-crafted. Home baked goods are acceptable as Gift Packages or Baskets, but no individual baked goods may be sold. New participants should submit a photo of your crafts. Past exhibitors need not submit a photo.

Your cancelled check will serve as your receipt. Booth reservations/preferences will be made on a first come, first serve basis. Returning crafters are guaranteed their returning space. In order to guarantee your space, returning crafters must confirm by November 1st. We will confirm your reservation in early November, including your booth number and location. Booth size is approximately 8 x 8 ft.. A chair will be provided as part of the booth rental; one extra chair may be requested. Partitions used in your display that blocks the view of the other crafters booths are not permitted.
