Objective and Purpose of the Assignment
The objective of the Pre-Feasibility Study is improving urban infrastructure and strengthening the
city governments’ administrative capacity to prepare sustainable projects and package its
investments for the purpose of the economic growth and the living environment enhancement in the
targeted city corporations. The project will contribute to the Government’s target for
infrastructure provision under the National Urban Sector Policy and align with proposed government
targets for urban solid waste and water management.
