Scope:
Erection works of Delayed Coker Unit (DCU) Heaters includes the installation radiant as well as convection section of heaters, flare stack, Ducts,Steam Super heaters andAPH system including its supporting structures, FD fan and ID fan. Scope includesaround 4000 MT steel structure erection, 450 MT equipment erections and 1500 ID piping installation.
Highlights:
The heaters in DCU heat the heavy liquid material from the bottom of fractionators to about 482 0C to 507 0C. This heating will cause the heavy liquid material to crack or change into a combination of smaller molecule gas and liquid products. Steam is injected to minimize the cracking until it reaches the coke drum.

Scope:

It includes more than 25000 MT steel structure erections, 2000 MT piping erection and 1000 MT equipment erection.
Highlights:
This 6X600 MW Power Project at Nariyara, Chattisgarh belongs to KSK group of companies situated at Hyderabad which is being executed by SEPCO, a Chinese Power Construction Company as the main EPC for this Project. Out of the Six Units, Unit #3 and Unit #4 have been commissioned and others are planned for commissioning by the end of the year 2014.

Scope:
Erection of Incinerator Package consists of Thermal Oxidizer, Incinerator and Stack with all connection piping, instrumentation and insulation.
Highlights:
The purpose of incinerator package is to burn the tail gas from MCRC section and ensure a maximum H2S concentration of 10 PPM in the emissions to atmosphere. The equipment’s had to be fire protected and a firebrick lining and refractory had to be applied inside the equipment’s.

Scope:
Fabrication and Erection of Piping and Equipment’s Installation (Stripper, Air Coolers, Catalytic Convertor etc) of Sulphur Recovery Unit(SRU) in accordance with the drawing. It consists of more than 100000 inch diameter piping fabrication and 110000 inch meter piping erection.
Highlights:
CEMP Phase II facilities have been set up to supply EURO III/IV equivalent MS& HSD. Sulphur block consists of three units namely Sour Water Stripper (SWS) unit of 17.2 m3/hr capacity, Amine Regeneration Unit (ARU) of 130 MT/hr capacitiesand a Sulphur Recovery Unit of capacity 80 TPD. The piping involved in this unit was jacketed. This is a special type of piping used in Sulphur recovery units where two Pipes are placed co-axially. The inner Pipe is called CORE and has a smaller diameter and the outer pipe is called Jacket
