St. Clare of Assisi ‘Swing & A Prayer’ Golf Tournament

First and foremost ‘thank you’ for your interest in supporting the St. Clare of Assisi Catholic School and the‘Swing & A Prayer’ Golf Tournament. This year’s tournament will once again support the school’s tuition assistance fund. The tuition assistance fund opens opportunities for Vail Valley students in kindergarten through 8th grade to obtain a superior education while in financial need.

In 2015, the St. Clare of Assisi golf tournament raised more than $12,000 for the tuition assistance fund. For 2016, we have challenged ourselves with a fundraising goal of more than $15,000 from sponsorship and event participation.

The following sponsorship packages have been designed to give your company great recognition and add elements of fun with your participation in our tournament –

  • Presenting Sponsor - $5,000 - (1 available, must be confirmed by Aug. 31)
  • Two (2) golfing foursomes + four (4) additional reception invitations
  • Tournament Asset - Closing Reception sponsor with an opportunity to host a toast and prize giveaways
  • Tournament Asset – Post-tournament ‘Putt-For-Prizes’ sponsor with signage on the 1st tee putting green and two sponsor representatives helping participants
  • Welcome banner with sponsor recognition at the golfer check-in area
  • Recognition on all available marketing collateral including, but not limited to, posters, newspaper ads, radio spots, websites, and general event collateral recognizing sponsors
  • Gift or promotional product insert in participant goodie bags
  • Hole-In-One Sponsor - $2,500 - (5 available, if confirmed prior to Aug. 31)
  • One (1) golfing foursome + Two (2) additional reception invitations
  • One (1) Tournament Asset (branded with sponsor) –
  • Beverage or snack carts
  • Golf shirts
  • Golf towel

  • Birdie Sponsor - $750 - (must be confirmed prior to Sept. 7)
  • Two (2) reception invitations

  • Recognition on all available marketing collateral including, but not limited to, posters, newspaper ads, radio spots, websites, and general event collateral recognizing sponsors
