Dear Parents,

Attached please find “NEW” and “RE” Registration forms. New registration forms are ONLY for children that have never attended PREP here at SS. Simon & Jude. Re-Registration forms are for students currently in the PREP program.

NEW REGISTRATIONS MUST REGISTER IN PERSON. YOU MUST PRESENT YOUR CHILDS BAPTISMAL CERTIFICATE WITH THE CHURCH SEAL. IF YOU CANNOT FIND YOURS, YOU CAN CALL THE CHURCH WHEREYOUR CHILD WAS BAPTIZED TO ATTAIN ONE. The dates for NEW REGISTATIONONLY will be Tuesday, April 18th from 4PM to 6:30 PM and Wednesday, April 19th from 5:30 to 6:30PM.

RE-REGISTRATIONS can be sent in with your child and ARE DUE IN TO THE OFFICE BY WEDNESDAY, APRIL19TH.

We know that schedules are being decided at present for the upcoming Fall Sports season and other activities. Please check that the schedules will not be conflicting with the time and day you choose for PREP. Once the schedule is done there will not be any changes made to it. Therefore, please be diligent in checking your schedules. Classes fill up rapidly so the sooner you get your registration in, the better chance you have to get the day and time you select. This year we are offering a discounted fee if paid byApril 19th. All registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. If you have any financial concerns please contact me.

If your child is not returning to SS. Simon & Jude PREP next year, please fill in the bottom of the re-registration form and return it to the PREP office.

N.B. First Communion class (level 2) MUST attend class on Tuesday at 6:00PM.

Confirmation class (level 6) MUST attend class on Wednesday, at 6:00PM.

Tuesday - 4:15PM to 5:30PMLevels 1, 3, 4 and 5

Tuesday - 6:00PM to 7:15PM Levels 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5

Wednesday - 6:00PM to 7:15PM Levels 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6

“Pre-School” is held Sunday Mornings from 9:00AM to 10:00AM for 3 year old, 4yearand Kindergarten.

“Youth Group” is held Sunday Evenings from 7:00PM to 8:30PM for 7th and 8th graders. (usually1st & 3rd Sundays)
