Although the deadline for naming State qualifiers for participation in the 2013 State Volleyball Tournament is not until November 14, 2013, in order to assure the timely printing of the 2013, Official Tournament Program, we are requesting that volleyball schools complete and forward the program information as soon as possible to:

(Handwritten rosters will NOT be accepted! No exceptions)

Please make sure to accompany your team roster with a team photo in the correct form stated below.

Rosters need to betyped and sent in a Microsoft Word Document as soon as possible.

Deadline for any changes to your roster will be made by Monday, October 21, 2013. Failure to meet deadline date will result in your team not being in the program.

Remember – All rosters MUST include player’s first name, last name and jersey number. (No abbreviations).

Team Pictures need to be sent via email to in jpeg form.

Coaches- please submit roster AND team photos as soon as possible to Roma. She will remove those not needed for the state tournament bulletin.

2013 LHSAA Louisiana State Volleyball Tournament

Program Advertisement Information

St. Martin’s Episcopal School is assisting in hosting the 2013 Louisiana Volleyball State Tournament. The tournament will be held November 14-16 at the Pontchartrain Center located in Kenner, LA. This championship tournament is an annual event, which brings together over 40 teams from throughout the state and features the highest level of high school competition.

You can support this endeavor by purchasing an ad in the Official Program which will be published specifically for the State Tournament. Your advertisement will be seen by approximately two thousand participants and fans. You will also be contributing to the total success of the State Tournament.
