South San Jose Softball Is a Police Athletics League Affiliate Centralized in the Blossom

South San Jose Softball is a Police Athletics League affiliate centralized in the Blossom Hill / Santa Teresa area of South San Jose. SSJSB is a non-profit organization that provides all girls in our community ages 5 to 16 with a highly organized and competitive athletic program. Being a league of volunteers, our only sources of funds are those that come from fundraisers, player fees and, most importantly, contributions from community sponsors like you.

Our league continues to grow and the upcoming 2010 season promises to be our best ever. As such, we are challenged to raise the money needed to fund the following initiatives:

• Covered dugouts at Sakamoto, Hayes and VistaPark fields
• Renovated playing fields at StratfordSchool in San Jose
• Replace rusted equipment boxes on all fields
• General league operating needs that include new playing equipment, uniforms, field maintenance, insurance, user fees, umpires and league operations.

We need your help. By becoming an SSJSB team sponsor, your organization will receive:

• Display advertisement in the advertising annual distributed to each family in our league.
• Recognition on your sponsored team’s banner.
• Display ad on the league's website, 5,000+ page views per month at peak season.

Our participants and their families recognize your company’s involvement in the community and are encouraged to patronize your business as a way of saying “thank you.”

CONTRACT OF SPONSORSHIP

An Agreement between ______(further known as “Donor”) and South San Jose Softball (further known as “SSJSB”), an organization sanctioned by the Police Activities League, to advance the interest and welfare of girls within the community.

In consideration of a $300 donation, SSJSB recognizes Donor as a 2010 Team Sponsor and agrees to place Donor’s name and/or corporate logo on a team banner, in the league advertising annual, and on the league's website.

It is mutually agreed that payment of the sponsor's fee concludes all obligations on the part of and that the individually sponsored team shall be subject only to the direction of the governing body of SSJSB. It is further stipulated that the sponsor will not expand nor be obligated for additional monies, and will not solicit contributions in the name of SSJSB.
