SIX ACCUSED PLANNING TO COMMIT DACOITY ARRESTED

Staff of Police Station Paschim Vihar, West Distt. has arrested six accused persons who were planning to commit dacoity in the area of PS Paschim Vihar. One country made Katta with one live round, one button actuated knife, one Garari actuated knife and two Iron rods, to be used during the crime were recovered.

1.One country made Katta with one live round.

2.One button actuated knife.

3.One giraridar knife.

4.Two iron rods.

ACCUSED ARRESTED AND RECOVERY MADEः

1. Dharambir @ Nindra S/o Sh. Pat Ram R/o DDA Mini Market Shop No.157-158,Near DTC Bus Stand No. 908 Sultan puri Delhi,

(Previous involvement : 04 cases.) Age- 28 years

2.Raju S/o Sh.Mahi Pal R/o C-643,Mangolpuri, Delhi.

(Previous involvement : 03 cases.) Age- 23 years

3.Satish @ Satte S/o Sh Kirpa Ram R/o C-701, Mangolpuri, Delhi

(Previous involvement : 02 cases.) Age- 19 years

4.NetRam @ Manohar S/o Sh. Bija Ram R/o E-5/135,Near Water Tank Sultanpuri, Delhi.

(Previous involvement : 02 case.) Age-45 years

5.Ashok S/o Sh. Ramesh R/o C-917, Mangolpuri, Delhi.

(Previous involvement : 01 case.) Age-20 years

6. Kishor S/o Sh. HemRaj R/o B-1093, Mangolpuri, Delhi

INCIDENT

On 25.4.09, at about 2.00 PM., HC Dilbagh Singh received a secret information that 5-6 suspicious looking youths shall assemble in Sahdev Singh Park Multan Nagar for planning to commit dacoity. The information was conveyed to Sh. A.K Lal ACP/Punjabi Bagh. A team under the supervision of Sh. A.K Lal ACP/Punjabi Bagh headed by Inspr. Sanjeev Tomar SHO/Paschim Vihar comprising of SI Radhey Shyam and staff was constituted and deputed after proper briefing around the place of assembly in plain clothes.

At about 3.00 PM., HC Dilbagh Singh along with the secret informer noticed 5-6 suspicious looking youths inside Sahdev Singh Park Multan Nagar planning to commit dacoity and informed the other members of the raiding party by indicating with predetermined signal. After signal from the secret informer, the team members of the raiding party zeroed in, challenged the youths and overpowered six persons. The accused were identified as 1)Dharambir @ Nindra S/o Sh. Pat Ram R/o DDA Mini Market Shop No.157-158,Near DTC Bus Stand No. 908 Sultan puri Delhi, 2)Raju S/o Sh.Mahi Pal R/o C-643,Mangolpuri, Delhi. .3) Satish @ Satte S/o Sh Kirpa Ram R/o C-701, Mangolpuri, Delhi. 4) NetRam @ Manohar S/o Sh. Bija Ram R/o E-5/135,Near Water Tank Sultanpuri, Delhi. 5) Ashok S/o Sh. Ramesh R/o C-917, Mangolpuri, Delhi. 6) Kishor S/o Sh. HemRaj R/o B-1093, Mangolpuri, Delhi.

One country made katta along with one live cartridge was recovered from accused Dharambir @ Nindra, one button actuated knife was recovered from accused Ashok, one giraridar Knife was recovered from accused Satish @ Satte and one Iron rod was recovered from Raju and another from NetRam and one TSR No. DL-1RK-8012 was also recovered from the spot, belongs to accused Kishor, the driver of above TSR. A case vide FIR No-180/09 dt. 25.4.09 U/S 399/402 IPC was registered at PS Paschim Vihar and all the six accused were arrested . On sustained interrogation they disclosed that they were planning to commit dacoity in the Bus at Rohtak Road. Accused Dharambir had been previously involved in 4 criminal cases. Accused Raju had been previously involved in 3 criminal cases. Accused Satish @ Satte had been previously involved in 2 criminal cases. Accused NetRam had been previously involved in 2 criminal cases. Accused Ashok had been previously involved in 1 criminal case .

Further investigation is in progress. The staff involved in the good work is being suitably rewarded.
