Merchandising/Sponsors/fundraising / Calendar Raffle: we will offer 2 sets of tickets per player in different colors, 10 will be pre-paid. 3 extra will get a hat and if they sell all 20 player could receive a hat and sweatshirt or a bag. House league will only receive white tickets. $100 a day for 30 days.
Several restaurants coming up including: Chic-Fil-A and Dean Park Pizza

Tryouts / John has put together a small group of people in the planning of tryouts (Turner, John L, Chris) / Harry will give Jon feedback from last tryout. / John and Harry
Bantams / Discussion about having the numbers to bring Bantams back next year. Could have enough players to support 2-3 teams and could have another organization interested in a co-op. / Harry will send a survey to parents of kids birth year 2002 and 2003 to gauge interest / Harry
Pond Hockey Tournament / Planning is going very well, registration so far includes 36 mites, 37 squirts, 30 pee wee’s.
