-Tax forms from over 2000 properties were entered, processed and printed annually

-The K1 tracking system checked each return against a series of tests

-Returns that failed the tolerances were directed to our Tax support teams for clearance

-The K1 system checked their work and the tax forms for errors

AcqTrak – Property acquisition tracking system

-Developed and maintained Visual Basic application tracking potential acquisitionof properties by Boston Financial’s Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) funds
