Investor's Guide to Use The Online Balance inquiry Service

In order to make the best use of this electronic service, our dear investors can log in the website of the Palestine Exchange (PEX) on the Internet and click on the link dedicated to use the Service and follow the following steps:

To register as a new user, click on the cell dedicated to register new user. A screen will be displayed that contain general terms and conditions related to your usage of this Service. Since you are about to access to an area that contains classified information by its nature, you have to read carefully all the terms and conditions included in this screen. Should you agree on all the included terms and conditions, click on the cell that contains (Agree) to show your agreement on all the terms and conditions related to activating the Service.
After your agreement on the general terms and conditions, a list will be displayed for you to fill in your personal information. Follow the instruction contained in the list. The System will require you to enter your username and password. It is necessary that you must enter the number of your identification as stated and approved at the PEX. The same is valid for your other personal information. It is necessary that you must fill in the other obligatory cells since your registration shall not be completed without completing them.
After completing the required information, a screen will be displayed that will lead you to print out the service form that includes all the data you have entered. Print it out and sign it according to regulations. In order to activate your subscription in the Service, deliver it to the brokerage firm where you have your trading account. The brokerage firm will in turn supply it to the CDS at the PEX after verifying the accuracy of the contained information and signing and stamping it.
When theCDS receives the Service application form through the brokerage firm, the CDS will activate your Service subscription within 24 hours after receiving the application form. The brokerage firm will be notified unless there is any reason that may hinder the activation of your subscription.
Once your Service subscription is activated, you will be able to use your username and password to inquire about your securities balance that contains the settled securities only.
This Service allows you to modify and update your personal information and change your password.
Should you lose username and / or password, you can fill in the application form dedicated to retrieve such information via any of the brokerage firms authorized by the PEX that will in turn deliver the application form that you have filled in to the CDS. If the CDS approves your application, you will be provided with the required information through the communication medium that you supplied in the application form.
