Payment for courses

We issue invoices for payment for courses attended, usually through the Hampshire County Council finance system (SAP). Hard copy invoices are generated for all non-Hampshire County Council establishments.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel a place, your school will be charged unless the cancellation is received more than 10 working days before the course begins. In the event of extreme circumstances where you feel this approach would be unfair, please contact Freda Collings, email or telephone 01962 718613.

Price

All delegates in Hampshire maintained schools that have a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the HTLC will pay the subscription (Sub) price. All other schools pay the full price.

Courses may also have an SLA element, which is the amount of the price Hampshire and Portsmouth schools may charge against their SLA with HIAS. This amount is deducted from either the subscription or full price as appropriate for your school before invoicing.
