With the Sculpt Comfort Keyboard, Microsoft Hardware is introducing its first split spacebar with backspace functionality. Research shows that the space bar is the No. 1 most depressed key, pressed, on average, more than 650 times per day,1 so Microsoft increased the space bar size, making it easier to hit, while its backspace functionality helps to increase productivity by keeping your hands in a standard typing position even when you make a typo.
