5. PREREQUISITE CERTIFICATION
A. CLINICAL FLIGHT MEDICINE PRIVILEGES CURRENT: Maintain Flight Surgeon privilege list as current; Can be waived by the MAJCOM SGPA based on demonstrated competence / Knowledge / Q24M / Aerospace Medicine Primary (complete series) course;
No training required; managed by MTF Credentialing Function

Minimum currency levels have been set for many skills. These "basic readiness standards" imply a level of activity sufficient to maintain skills, but do not necessarily denote competency. Performance areas under each bold face subject should be assessed for knowledge in addition to demonstration. It is recommended that all Flight Surgeons review the resources listed as “suitable substitutes,” regardless of ability to complete performance RSV items.
