Breaking the Ice

  1. When must actively visiting, opposite sex visitors leave on the weekdays (before 1:00am)? On the weekends?
  1. When one of us is away, can a guest use the available bed?
  1. What will we do if someone drops by when one of us are studying?

  1. How will we respect each other’s need for alone time (without other roommate around)?

  1. What do you like to do in your spare time?
  1. What will you do if your roommate is breaking a university policy (please keep in mind that students are responsible for all behaviors that occur in their rooms)?

Use of Belongings

  1. Will you both have equal access to the computer, stereo, TV, etc., regardless of who brought them?
  1. What items are ok to share and what items are not (clothes, food, school supplies, phone)?
  1. How do you feel about your roommate’s friends using your belongings?

Resident Responsibilities

To abide by University Policies and Procedures as listed in the current Resident Handbook and Student Handbook/Calendar.

To accept responsibility for guests and their actions during their stay on campus. Guests are required to observe all University Policies and Procedures as listed in the current Resident Handbook and Student Handbook/Calendar.

To discuss with each other any problems that may arise under this agreement. If we cannot resolve the problem, we will ask a resident assistant (R.A.) to meet with us.
