This program has been designed for physicians, professional nurses and advanced practice nurses in emergency medicine.
Series Educational Objectives
After completing this activity, participants should be able to:
- Increase effectiveness of care for critically ill patients with severe sepsis shock
- Apply evidence from the current literature and incorporate new strategies, techniques and therapies to patient care
- Improve effectiveness of care for critically ill pediatric patients in the emergency department
- Communicate more effectively with other health professionals in care team

- Increase appreciate of rewards and challenges of providing medical care in third world nation
- Improve effectiveness of care of patients with acute traumatic injury
