Onboarding Call 4

Note to Account Managers: The purpose of this call is to help the customer with a Marketing Strategy that will give them clear direction on how they are going to drive traffic to their Exchange Site. You will need to prod and question to figure out where they are and how prepared they already might be, etc. This script is very loose because the direction will heavily rely on their experience and readiness.

Review the checklist – have it open – go through it as you talk through this call….

Possible verbiage to guide this call:

So – tell me your thoughts on how you’re going to market your site……

Have you worked with any employers or associations before now? What industry were they in?

Do you have a relationship with any business partners, vendors, suppliers, etc. that you could make an appointment with?

Bring up target markets that other partners might be going after - specific professional groups, etc. to help them find a niche that makes sense for them, their area, their location, etc.

If they bought/have Advanced Marketing Strategies:

Let’s talk about Advanced Marketing Strategies – did you review all the materials included in that? What are your thoughts after looking that over & learning about these niches? Which strategy explained in the course appeals to you? Let’s build a plan around that!......

Customer Name, let’s go over the marketing tools on the “Ready to Sell” page -

Review the various tools and tell them what each one would be used for - as needed.

Is it realistic for you to do ____ employer meetings/presentations within the next week? Let’s set as a goal and get that done. The more employer meetings you have, the faster you can get employees headed to your exchange site. Just remember that the tools in the Toolkit are READY and will help you get buy-in from Employers. You just want to focus on getting the word out. I want you to email me as soon as you have your first appointment!

The next call I want to make to you is going to be a Congratulations call for meeting your Third & most important milestone - when you make your first dollar through your exchange site!!!
