REUNION 2017 SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
Wednesday, April 26th
1200-Taps Hospitality Room is open (Crest I & II) for registration and socializing.
1600-1900 Hotel Happy Hour w/2 free drinks per guest (every day) in Sandia Springs Lounge!
1800 Dinner (Crest Ballroom) Pasta Station, Salad Station & 2 Carving Stations (Beef & Turkey)
1930 Opening Ceremony (Crest Ballroom) with local High School NJROTC Color Guard and Guest Speakers (with social time to follow).
Thursday, April 27th
0600-0900 FREE Hot full breakfast buffet in "Rustlers" (included in your hotel room rate).
0800- Taps Hospitality Room (Crest Ballroom) is open.
1100 Best of ABQ Trolley City Tour. (Trolley leaves from the hotel and tour ends in Old Town at 12:30 PM for lunch on your own. Trolley returns to hotel from Old Town at 2:45 PM.
1300 Best of ABQ Trolley City Tour. Trolley boards at 12:45 and departs from their Old Town location at the Albuquerque Hotel. If this is YOU, sign up early in our hotel lobby for the hotel shuttle and migrate to Old Town in the AM to stroll, enjoy the sights and have lunch on your own before you board the trolley at 12:45 PM.
1600 Free time to socialize in the hospitality room. Hotel Happy Hour at 1600!!!
Friday, April 28th
0600-0900 FREE Hot full breakfast buffet in "Rustlers".
0800-Taps* Hospitality Room (Crest Ballroom) is open.
0900-1630 Meet Albuquerque Tour w/ 2 museums and aerial tram ride to top of Sandia Peak. Lunch on your own at Sandia Resort's Thur Shan Buffet. Tour departs at 0900 SHARP!
1830 Friday Night group meal in the Hospitality Room w/ Hotel Happy Hour next door!
2000(ABT) Annual Auction in the Hospitality Room.
Saturday, April 29th
0600-1000 FREE Hot full breakfast Buffet in "Rustlers".
0900-1000 Association Annual Business Meeting for all shipmates in the Hospitality Room.
1000(ABT) Hospitality Room is open to all after the business meeting.
1000-1700 Free time!
1700-1800 Happy Hour in the Hospitality Room w/ 2 free drinks per hotel guest right next door.
1800** Doors open for Banquet seating in the "Atrium Ballroom".
1815 All seated - Banquet Memorial Ceremony
1830-2200 Annual Saturday Night Banquet in "Atrium Ballroom" w/ buffet dinner and cash bar.
2200-2400 Hospitality Room open for socializing and pack out. Closes and is empty @ 2400!
Sunday, April 30th
0600-1000 FREE Hot full breakfast buffet in "Rustlers". Gather for breakfast, socializing and
good-bye hugs with friends.
TBD Riding the NM Rail Runner to Santa Fe for the day? Please gather in Hotel Lobby!
