1. Elutriation Thickener Tank No. 2:

1. Supply of additional scum scraper supports

1.1.1. Supply of material 100x50x3mm THK Channel, 304 SS 3m x 2 off

1.1.2. Fabrication of scum supports, including cutting, welding, pickle & passivation, consumables

1.1.3. Installation of scum supports

1.2. Replace scum box striker arm wheel

1.2.1. Supply and install new polypropylene wheel and bolt

1.3. Scum box scraper and support arm

1.3.1. Supply 32NB pipe, 304 SS, with eye bolts and fasteners

1.3.2. Supply of 316SS chain, Turnbuckles and D shackles

1.3.3. Supply of rubber scraper 150mm x 1300mm x 10mm THK x 1 off

1.4. Hand Stop (Small Penstocks)

1.4.1. Supply and install of 3 x manual hand stops with handles x 3 off

2. Primary Settling Tank No. 2:

2.1. Supply of additional scum scraper supports

2.1.1. Supply of material 100x50x3mm THK Channel, 304 SS 3m x 2 off

2.1.2. Fabrication of scum supports, including cutting, welding, pickle & passivation, consumables

2.1.3. Installation of scum supports

2.2. Main scraper blade rubber scrapers

2.2.1. Supply main scraper blade rubbers 2410mm x 150mm x 10mm THK x 26 off

2.2.2. Removal of old rubbers and replacement with new

2.3. Scum box scraper rubber

2.3.1. Supply of rubber scraper 150mm x 1300mm x 10mm THK x 1 off

2.4. Replacement of fasteners

2.4.1. Replacementof missing bolts M12x35, 304SS x 25 off

2.4.2. Labour to fit missing fasteners

3. Primary Settling Tank No. 3 :

3.1. Supply of additional scum scraper supports

3.1.1. Supply of material 100x50x3mm THK Channel, 304 SS x 3m 2 off

3.1.2. Fabrication of scum supports, including cutting, welding, pickle & passivation, consumables

3.1.3. Installation of scum supports

3.2. Main scraper blade rubber scrapers

3.2.1. Supply main scraper blade rubbers 2410mm x 150mm x 10mm THK x 26 off

3.2.2. Removal of old rubbers and replacement with new

3.3. Scum box scraper rubber

3.3.1. Supply of rubber scraper 150mm x 1300mm x 10mm THK x 1 off

3.4. Scum box repair

3.4.1. Remove scum box, straighten bent plates and adjust square

4. Primary Settling Tank No. 4:

4.1. Replace scum skimmer plate

4.1.1. Material scum skimmer 14800mm x 300mm x 50mm x 3mm THK per 2.9m L 5

4.1.2. Supply of material 100x50x3mm THK Channel, 304 SS per 3m x 2 off

4.1.3. Fabrication of scum supports, including cutting, welding, pickle & passivation, consumables

4.1.4. Installation of scum supports

4.2. Tie rods for sub frame

4.2.1. Supply 16mm solid bar x 6400mm LNG x 18 m

4.2.2. Supply of end plates, machined pin, SS turn buckles x 4 off

4.2.3. Corrosion protection - epoxy paint Carboline891 x 2 off

4.3. Main scraper blade rubber scrapers

4.3.1. Supply main scraper blade rubbers 2410mm x 150mm x 10mm THK x 26 off

4.3.2. Removal of old rubbers and replacement with new

4.4. Scum box scraper rubber

4.4.1. Supply of rubber scraper 150mm x 1300mm x 10mm THK x 1 off

5. Primary Settling Tank No. 5:

5.1. Rubber curtain

5.1.1. Supply new rubber curtain 11800mm x 800mm x 8mm x 1 off

5.1.2. Removal of existing curtain, replace with new

5.2. Scum box scraper rubber

5.2.1. Supply of rubber scraper 150mm x 1300mm x 10mm THK x 1 off
