RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

I understand that observing and/or participating in dove shooting/hunting, or in any type of shooting, or any activity taking place on the premises of leased lands for hunting by Jerry Allen and the Carolina Dove Club is dangerous. I understand that operating weapons or participating in any way in shooting, handling and/or carrying weapons is also dangerous. I am willing to assume these risks for the entire dove season, beginning September 1, 2004 and ending January 30, 2005.

I further understand that the Carolina Dove Club hunting fields poses certain natural dangers. The terrain itself poses hidden dangers and obvious dangers of which I am aware. I also understand that there are natural animals that may pose additional dangers. I understand that I may come in contact with the following animals at the dove shoots: deer, ticks, snakes, spiders, hunting dogs, wild dogs, insects, birds, rodents, bees and other wild animals. I am willing to assume the risk of any injury and/or disease that I may contract from being associated with the foregoing animals and natural hazards present at the Carolina Dove Club hunting fields. I also understand that if I, or my guest, has a medical condition of any type, it is my responsibility to advise other guests of the hazards and that I will take responsibility for them and myself. I also understand eye protection must be worn at all times.

I also understand that the consumption of alcohol, marijuana and/or other drugs, legal or otherwise, may impair my ability to safely and accurately operate weapons or participate in any of the dove hunts of the Carolina Dove Club. I agree not to operate a weapon or participate in any activity with the Carolina Dove Club while under the influence of alcohol, marijuana or any drug, legal, illegal or otherwise. If I do operate a weapon or participate in any activity at the Carolina Dove Club hunting fields while under the influence of alcohol, marijuana or any other drug, illegal or otherwise, then I assume all risks associated therein. Furthermore, I hold harmless and take responsibility for travel, rides in the field on wagons, etc., and release the Club and Jerry Allen from any charge of negligence; I accept all risks.

In consideration of being allowed to shoot or visit the premises/leased fields of the Carolina Dove Club, either today or at any future time, I hereby release and hold harmless the Carolina Dove Club, including all owners, lessors, any and all club members, their heirs, successors, or assigns from any and all liability from any injury or loss which may occur while shooting or hunting, observing or visiting the premises during the hunts and afterward. As a parent and/or guardian, I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the abovenamed owners, club members, landowners, and their heirs, successors or assigns from any and all claims, demands, judgments and costs arising out of injuries or losses to my minor wards. I also agree to take full responsibility for my guest and to make sure they take all trash and empty hulls from the field.

I HAVE READ THE FOREGOING RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT. I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY ITS TERMS. I ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT THE WORD OF THE HUNTMASTER IS FINAL AND A VIOLATION OF THE RULES IS GROUNDS FOR DISQUALIFICATION WITHOUT A REFUND OF DUES.

I agree to report my birds taken at the hunts and I agree to pick up all empty hulls.

I promise not to shoot low birds at risk and if I do, I risk disqualification from the hunt.

I agree to wear safety glasses at all times and abide by state and Federal game laws.
