Necessary documents and certificates for establishment registration:

1.Application Form for Registration on the Establishment of Branch of Foreign Funded Firms (original form);

2.Approved documents of the approval authority (original form; only applicable on those firms that relevant laws and administrative regulations have required that the establishment of branches and must be ratified by relevant administrative organ);

3.The corporate statute of its superior company (original form);

4.Appointingdocument of the responsible person of the branch (original form) and the identity certificate (copy) issued by its superior company;

5.Duplicate of annually checked business license of its superior company with the corporate seal (copy);

1. Certificate of the operation site (if the applicant owns the site, the property ownership certificate and its copy must be submitted for assessment; if the site is rented, the applicant must submit the original of the lease contract and the copy of the landlord’s property ownership certificate; if the copy of the landlord’s property ownership certificate cannot be submitted immediately, other relevant certificates with the effect of ownership identification must be submitted. If the leased site is a hotel or a restaurant, the applicant must submit the copy of its business license);
2. Documents approved in advance (The approved documents or the copy of the exequatur or the permission certificate relate to being permitted in advance, only applicable to those branches in whose business scope, relevant laws, administrative regulations and the State Council have required that some items should be approved before the registration);
3. Other relevant documents.

Note:

If the above-mentioned documents or certificates are written in foreign language, the Chinese version with the corporate seal of the translation company or the signature of the translator must be submitted.

Payment:

The registration fee for the establishment of branch or operation office of foreign funded enterprise is RMB 300 Yuan. Additionally, RMB 10 Yuan will be paid to cover labor cost.
