Sealed item rate offer/quotations as detailed below are invited for the under mentioned work on behalf ofSecretary APMC Narela, upto 2.30 p.m. on date indicated below from the authorized dealers, eligible contractors and specialized firms in the field of DG Sets having adequate past experience of the works of similar nature and magnitude as indicated. The quotationshall be opened on the same day at 3.00 p.m. in the office of undersigned in the presence of the quotationers/renderers or their authorized representatives who may like to attend. Quotations received after the prescribed time and date shall not be considered.

The earnest money as indicated shall have to be deposited by the tenderers/quotationers along with the application for issue of tenders/quotations by a bank draft or call deposit receipt in favour of APMC Narela.

The quotation forms and other contract conditions can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on any working day upto the last date of issue of tender indicated above till 1.00 p.m. Income Tax/Sales Tax Clearance Certificates, Authority letter, PAN Number, Experience of having completed successfully at least onespecialized work of similar nature and equivalent to the value of estimated cost of works as mentioned, during the last five years etc. in original are to be shown before the issue of tender/quotation documents and attested copies of the same are to be enclosed with the request for issue of tender/quotation documents. The rates of the items should be written in words as well as in figures, failing which tenders/quotationers liable to be rejected.

The tender/quotation documents including schedule of quantities, drawings and other details of work can be seen in the office of the undersigned on any working day before applying for issue of tender.

The firm who down loads the quotation/tender documents from our website shall have to submit cost of quotation/tender documents( non refundable) and earnest money in the form prescribed above along with the attested copies of Sales Tax Clearance Certificate, PAN number, experience certificate as prescribed above in one envelope packet “A” marked Technical bidand Quotation/tender documents in another envelop packet “B” marked financial bid. These both envelopes shall be placed in a bigger envelope on which name of work shall be written. All these envelopes are to be sealed individually.The financial bid part ‘B’ shall be opened only for those renderers, who fulfills the eligibility criteria / required documents if found in order under Technical bid. In this regard decision of competent authority shall be final and binding upon all parties. The Deptt. reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason.

Terms & Conditions

  1. The comprehensive annual maintenance contract included the maintenance and overhauling , servicing ,regular checking of engine, alternator as per general instructions & guidelines ofOEM/OEA , cost of repair replacement of any defective/faulty parts in the engine, alternator and control panel of DG Set by new genuine part. The only battery is not covered in the contract.
  1. The rates quoted should be inclusive of Sales Tax, Octroi Royalties, Cess, Taxes and other levies & duties on the price of the materials and nothing extra on this amount shall be payable by the department.
  1. The mobile oil and filters for servicing shall be provided by the contractor.
  1. The repair and maintenance which are possible at site shall be done at site only. If any repair is required at contractor premises /workshop, then the transportation charge shall be borne by the contractor.
  1. The parts replaced during the contract period shall be of good quality and guaranteed for proper functioning.
  1. The contractor shall also attend all emergency complaints after office hours and on Sunday & G/Holiday for which nothing extra shall be paid.
  1. The contractor shall have to attend all the complaints just on receipt of information from any means of communication like telephone, SMS etc.
  1. Complaint should be attended immediately .In case of delay to attend the complaint or service is not rendered to our satisfaction, the service contract shall be terminated and agency may be black listed.
  1. Deptt. reserves the right to cancel the contract at any time without assigning any reason thereof.
  1. The payment shall be released quarterly after the successful completion of work .
  1. At least one visit per month shall be made to check and up keep of DG Set.
  1. . The firm shall done servicing of DG Set (B- Check) atleast one in a year.
  1. On expiry of contract, the DG Set shall be handed over to department by the contractor in working order with genuine parts.
  1. The contract period can be extended with mutually consent of contractor and deptt for another two years after the empowered officer has recorded personal quality satisfaction certificate.
  1. In case of any dispute, the decision of Secretary DAMB/Secretary, APMC will be final and the contractor can’t move to any Arbitration/Court.
  1. Proper records of complaint received and attended shall be maintained by the contractor. All complaint is to be attended promptly and any delay shall be viewed as lapse on the part of the contractor.
  1. The earnest money shall be remain as Security Deposit and shall be released only after successful completion of work.
