We offer a variety of training and boarding options to suit your specific needs, specializing in Labradors, but experienced with many other breeds as well. Training options vary from Part-time to Full-time. All dogs must be current on vaccinations, deworming and flea preventative (or will provided at owners expense). If not microchipped, having us do so is recommended for your pets safety ($35). We have outdoor kennels as well as inside of our home available to fit each specific dog/puppy and their comfort needs while with us. Our boarding rates begin at $15 per day outside/$18 per day inside care. Puppy PreSchool

Beginning as early as 12 weeks of age-6 months old. Learning basic skills including Sit, Beginning to Heel, Walking on a leash, Down, Socialization, Exposure to common scenarios in the public and Interaction with other dogs.

Intro to Retrieving

Beginning as early as 12 weeks of age-24 months. We recommend completing our Puppy PreSchool prior to participating in out Intro class, however it is not required if you are just looking for the exposure. An obedient puppy is a much better retrieving partner and most skills are necessary. Intro to retrieving includes exposure to wings, ducks, water, distant gunfire,beginning short marking and fun retrieving drills.

Basic Obedience

Beginning at 6 months of age. Basic Obedience includes Sit, Heel, Walking on a Leash, Down, Socialization, Exposure to common scenarios in the public, Interaction with other dogs, Here.

Advanced Obedience

Upon Completing our Basic Obedience your dog will be ready for our Advanced Obedience class. Expanding what they have learned by teaching Lay Down, Recall-Here (Off Leash), Sit-Stay, Kennel, Reinforcing already learned commands while continuing important socialization with other dogs & people.

Retriever Basics

It is required to complete our Basic Obedience program, also recommended to complete our Advanced Obedience; but not required. Begin Whistle training skills- Whistle Sit/Here. Retrieving Single marks and establishing marking skills, introducing use of memory skills needed for retrieving doubles, Introduce commands Hold/Give, begin Pile work. Retrieve single marks with ducks and begin combo with gun fire. Land and Water (weather/temperature permitting) with all skills. Dog will be ready to do simple retrieves in the duck blind upon completion.

Intermediate Retriever

Upon completion of Basic Retriever- Force Fetch, Longer distance retrieves, include more difficulty and cover, Sit on whistle, Begin introducing Handling/Over commands, Begin introduction of simple Blind retrieves.

Agility/Dock Dog
