After-School Enrichment Program for Winter 2016

•Registration deadline for the winter 2016 session is November 7th, 2016 at 9:00PM. However, please note the sooner the better to determine if a class is going to have the minimum number of students or the class may fill up. Registrations will be processed in the order in which they are received. Beginning with class start dates.

• If there is insufficient enrollment for a class, it will be cancelled and your fee refunded. You will be notified via email of this change. PLEASE check your email on a regular basis in the days prior to session start date for important class info and possible class cancelations.

•Confirmation notices will be sent via email immediately after registration. Please contact Lisa Lerdon or Debi Gaupp at if you have not received a confirmation or if you have any questions or concerns. Class locations are TBD. Within a few days after registration closes, you will receive an email with the exact classrooms your child's class will take place in. Don't forget to check your email regularly.

•Students must arrive promptly to class. Your child should know where to report and if he/she is uncomfortable finding the classroom, please make arrangements to escort him/her to the class location. During the first week, we will do our best to send emails to students teachers to help with reminders on class days. Please remind your child on his/her class day as to what their after school plans are.

•It is important for you to make arrangements for a safe and prompt pick-up of your child after class. For the safety of your child, please pick your child up at their classroom. If this is not possible, please remind your child to wait inside the building if you are picking them up in front of the school. (There are no provisions for supervision except during class time.)

•Master catalogs are available in the school office and on the Windermere PTO website at .

Please note:

•No telephone or e-mail registrations will be accepted;

•Please do not send cash as payment. Payments online through PayPal, only;

•No refunds can be made after a class begins unless the class is cancelled by the instructor or due to insufficient enrollment;

HOLIDAY SONGS IN SIGN

(Prerequisite: Completion of American Sign Language Level I)

Students will have the opportunity to experience theatrical signing to their favorite holiday tunes! Attention will be given to the importance of facial and body language as well as "let go of the English" and work together to discover what the lyrics "really mean." This class is a Windermere favorite!

(Min/Max number of students = 4/12)
