  • Among licenses allowing consumption on premises, most were for sale of beer, wine, and liquor (55%), with the fewest being for sale of beer only (3%).
  • There were slightly more alcohol package sales licenses (1568), as compared to licenses allowing consumption on premises (1400).

  • There has been an increase in both the number of drug/narcotic arrests (33%) and liquor law violations (42%).
  • DUI arrests were higher in 2004 compared to the previous two years.
