PRE-APPENTICESHIP CANDIDATE TRAINING PROGRAM

APPLICATION (PACT Program)

Application must be completely filled out. Incomplete applications will not be not be accepted and will be returned.

Print clearly and legibly using blue/black ink.

Must attach copy of high school transcripts showing successfully completion of minimum of Grade 11 math (Math 23), 10 credits in science and proof a high school diploma was issued.

If you do not have the above, you must submit results of the Apprenticeship Board’s Electrical Entrance exam. (Contact Training Centre for more information)

Resume attached with thorough work history.

If you have education other than the above mentioned, please include copies of all relevant information.

Reference Reports completed either in person or by phone. (Note: If there are no work-related references, you can use a teacher, a principal, a church member, a volunteer supervisor etc) Must submit at least one.

All applicants accepted for interviews will have their references followed-up by the Electrical Training Centre.
