We will be awardingmonthly prizes of £50, £25, £15 and £10drawn at one of our many fundraising events throughout the year plus an additional Christmas top prize of £350.

In 2011 we will be fighting the Local Council Elections and by supporting us in this way you will be contributing to much needed Party funds.

If you would like to increase your chances of winning and help us even further, you are of course welcome to purchase additional numbers. Just complete the banker’s order form with the additional amount or enclose the appropriate sum and we will do the rest.

POOLE CONSERVATIVE ASSOCIATION

200 CLUB RULES

1.The Draw will be known as the 200 CLUB DRAW of the Poole Conservative Association. The Draw is set up under the authority of the Executive Council of the Poole Conservative Association in order to sustain the finances of the Poole Conservative Association.

2.Membership of the 200 Club Draw is limited to full voting and supporter members and Branches of the Poole Conservative Association. Anyone not being such a member and wishing to become one should apply to the Association Office, Poole Conservative Association, 38 Sandbanks Road, Poole, BH14 8BX.

3.The number of persons participating in the 200 Club Draw will be limited to 200.

4.A contribution of a ‘share’ in the 200 Club Draw must be paid in advance either monthly or annually by Banker’s (Standing) Order, or in advance by a single cheque or cash payment of £20.

5.Each month a Draw will be made. The amount and number of the prizes awarded will be set by the Officer Committee of the Poole Conservative Association and will amount in total to at least 50% of the overall contributions for each year. All taking part in the Draw will be notified of the previous year’s winners.

6.Each person (or Branch) will be allotted a number which they will hold for all Draws. There is no restriction on the number of shares a person (or a Branch of the Association) may hold.

7.No person (or Branch) may win more than £500 prize in a year.

8.The 200 Club year will commence on 1st January of each year.

9.Applications will be accepted in the order that they are received. All applications in excess of 200 will be put on a waiting list. Vacancies caused by death or withdrawal will be filled from the waiting list.

10.Members paying monthly and joining after the starting date shown above will not be eligible for prizes other than the monthly prize for six months.

11.The decision of the Officer Committee of the Poole Conservative Association shall be final in any matter requiring adjudication.
