VII. Cinco De Mayo Carnival

Discussion with Dr. Ryan.

How to plan a carnival. Scheduled for May 6-8, 2015

Each company and grade level will be responsible to work a booth.

Families would be asked to sell pre-sale ride tickets or wrist bands. Entertainment would be a great way to get more people to attend. Asking dance studios, karate studios, other school drill teams and bands to perform would be away to get more attendance. Another great way to promote the event would be using social media. PAC was asked to submit any ideas of carnival companies or locations to use for the carnival.A carnival could raise approx. 20,000.00 or more. Dr. Ryan and Kay will discuss more to find a location and carnival company to work with.
