[] Sampling Procedure -

ONE LAP TOP PER CHILD COLD STORAGE TEST:

METHOD

Each of 5 laptops is subjected to 6 trials of extreme cold storage temperature. The first three trials repeatedly subject the laptop to -25C for 24 hours, then the laptops are moved into 25C at 85%RH for one hour before booting up (turning the laptop on). A successful boot up indicates the laptop has passed. The second three trials decrease the storage temperature to -50C for 24 hours at a time, then again the laptops are moved into 25C at 85%RH for one hour before booting up (turning the laptop on). Each of 5 laptops is subjected to 6 cycles of intense cooling followed by warming to room temperature. The results are shown above.

Via client and project handler temperature and humidity was changed to 32C and 88%.

Samples were charged prior to testing.
