Allahabad Bank invite sealed tenders from reputed manufacturers and their authorized dealers/distributors of VOLTAS/BLUESTAR/CARRIER ACs – 3 Star Copper Condenser for supply & installation of Split ACs and following items for our upcoming branches at Manor/Shahpur/ambernath/Manjari(Pune)/Kharadi(Pune)/Bhingar/Dhule/Nandurbaretc.

Schedule of Quantities may be collected from the Office of the General Manager, Zonal Office, Manish Commercial Centre, 216A,Dr.Annie Besant Road, Worli, Mumbai400 030 OR may be down loaded from our WEBSITE and may be submitted in sealed cover superscribing “TENDER FOR SUPPLY & INSTALLATION OF AIR-CONDITIONERS FOR UPCOMIING BRANCHES“.

2. / Time Period of Supply / ‘7’ Days on receipt of our Order

6. / Payment Terms / No Advance Payment will be made. Payment will be made within 10 days from the date of supply and installation at site through the above branch.

Bank will not be bound to accept the lowest tender and reserve the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.

Terms & conditions

  1. The quotes should be for air-conditioners – 3 star of VOLTAS MAKE, BLUE STAR AND CARRIER
  2. The rates, VAT, Service Tax, Octroi etc. should be clearly mentioned(if the prices are inclusive of taxes then it should be clearly written as ‘Inclusive’) and should be inclusive of Freight charges.
  3. Bidder should clearly mentioned Make of ACs, to be supplied with above quoted amount of ACs.
  4. You have to deliver the above ACs with other required items in good condition at our branch as mentioned above within 2 days from our date of work order.
  5. Quantities may vary and payment will be made by the Branch, as per actual requirements within 10 days.
