President, Vice President and Junior Vice President duties:

Junior Vice President ~ nomination from any affiliated club, voted at AGM ( 3rd Sunday in October) for one year.

Vice President ~ promoted from Junior Vice President at AGM for one year.

President ~ promoted from Vice President at AGM for one year.

President, Vice President & Junior Vice President ~ attend all committee meetings.

Vice and Junior Vice President ~ support President at all functions to learn the role.

President ~ select a team of 7 players and attend Eversley indoor game at National Indoor Championships Newark (2rinks, 2 wood triples) + 1 reserves, against all affiliated counties in whites. Team must be selected from listed County Officials and Past Presidents. These are not county games and do not count towards county badge.

President Vice President ~ attend Derbyshire indoor games (3 rinks 2 wood triples home and away) against Linc's, Hunts, Northants and Norfolk, whites. Team selected by Adams Captain and can be players from all affiliated clubs. These are county games which count as county appearances and county spoons are awarded to winning rinks.

President ~ along with NCWBA President selects a team of 8 men and 8 ladies for annual indoor 2 wood 4's game against WIBC, greys & whites. Presidents can award a winning rink prize. (Usually small bottles of wine, Optional)

President & Vice President ~ attend Indoor County Finals at WIBC, whites. (Usually last weekend of February)

President & Vice President ~ attend Indoor County Presentation evening. (Usually last Sunday in March, if arranged)

President ~ attend National Indoor EBF & EWBF Championships Newark, whites. (Usually last week of April)

Monday ~ EWBF Harry Carver competition (Personal choice if attending)

Tuesday – Friday ~ individual, pairs and triples competitions.

Saturday and Sunday ~ individual, pairs and triples finals and Derbyshire finals

President ~ attend (6) Adams outdoor county games, county spoons awarded to winning rink. (Whites)

Visiting County Presidents, National President will attend one of the games, small gift but this is NOT compulsory.

Vice President ~ attend (6) Newton outdoor county games, county spoons awarded to winning rink. (Whites)

President & Vice President ~ attend County Outdoor Finals 3rd weekend July and present trophies after each session in County dress, whites.

President ~ along with NCWBA President arrange two teams to play annual Men v Ladies game, greys & whites.(Usually 1st Saturday in August) Presidents award a winning rink prize. (Usually small bottles of wine)

President ~ along with NCWBA President selects a team of 8 men and 8 ladies for new annual outdoor 4's game against WIBC, greys & whites. Presidents award a winning rink prize. (Usually small bottles of wine) (Optional)

President ~ invited to National EBF and EWBF Presidents bowls day, whites. (Usually beginning August)

President & Vice President ~ attend National EBF & EWBF Outdoor Finals Skegness last week of August.

County dress, whites.

Saturday & Sunday ~ Adams, Newton, Donald Steward, Jubilee Silver Vase, Durham Centenary and 25's finals.

Sunday & Monday ~ Reg Jackson open tournament

Tuesday – Friday ~ individual, pairs and triples competitions.

Friday – Saturday ~ individual, pairs and triples finals.

Friday and Saturday ~ all County Presidents invited to attend the presentations and closing ceremony at the end of games.

President ~ often buys a pen or similar small memento and presents to each of the North Cambs Adams and Newton players, opposition and officials and National President.(Optional)

President ~ attend all competition disputes meetings with Competition Secretary and Chairman.

President ~ can fund raise during the season for a local or national charity.

Junior Vice President ~ attends as many County functions as possible shadowing President and Vice President to learn the role.

Gifts to players, officials, visiting County Presidents and National President are optional, agree with Counties.
