Subject :- Reg. Quotation for repair of accidental Govt. Vehicle No. DL - 1C-S-0326 (Innova)

This office invites sealed quotation for the repair of Govt. vehicle No. DL - 1C-S-0326 (INNOVA) on credit basis from the authorized dealers/reputed firms dealing in the trade. The vehicle is available at our MT Workshop/PCR, Old Police Lines, Delhi for inspection on all working days. The damages assessed during Joint Inspection by our Technical Team are as under:-

  1. Front wind screen glass broken need replace.
  2. Complete roof damaged needs replace.
  3. Left hand side center door with glass damaged needs replace.
  4. Left hand side rear mudguard panel damaged needs repair.
  5. Left hand side door center pillar damaged needs repair.
  6. Rear both side mudguard glass broken needs replace.
  7. Rear Diggi door damage needs set right.
  8. Rear right hand side mudguard damaged needs repair.
  9. Right hand side view mirror broken needs replace.
  10. Bar light damaged needs repair/replace.
  11. All doors after repair set right.
  12. Inner roof carpet damaged needs replace.
  13. After dismantle of the said vehicle the damage parts which would comes in light may be replaced/repaired.
  14. Damage portion to be repainted with matching colour after repair.

It is, therefore, requested that you may quote your rates as per the above-mentioned repairing in sealed envelope and sent to this office either by hand or by post/courier. The sealed quotations should reach to this office by 2:00 PM on 01.02.2018 which will be opened by the purchase committee on the same day at 2:30 PM in the office of DCP/PCR, Delhi. The price should be quoted as per unit and percentage of sale tax/vat indicated clearly against each. No correction fluid/cuttings, over writing shall be allowed. The quotations received after stipulated period will not be entertained. Representative of the firm can join the proceedings of opening of quotations, if so desire. The word “QUOTATIONFOR REPAIRING OF GOVT. PCR VEHICLE NO. DL - 1C-S- 0326 (INNOVA)” may be written on top center of the envelope and addressed to the “DY. COMMISSIONER OF POLICE/POLICE CONTROL ROOM, MODEL TOWN-II, Delhi 110009”. The website will be opened through The TIN No./Service tax No. of the firm may be indicated on the quotation wherever applicable.

Other terms & Condition are as under :-

  1. No advance will be given.
  2. Purchase committee has a right to cancel the quotation enquiry, without assigning any reason.
  3. The old parts will be the property of Delhi Police after replacement with the new parts.
  4. Any instance of sub-standard repair/replacement of parts by the firm will lead to the blacklisting of the firm.
  5. The Job work will have to be completed within 7 days of the order.
  6. Guarantee/warrantee should clearly be mentioned in the quotation.
  7. The L-1 firm will take the vehicle, in question, to his workshop at his own cost.
  8. No supplementary estimate will be entertained after receiving the quotation and issuing the work order.
