· Processing updates for the NIH Directors Pioneer Award Program, the NIH Directors New Innovator Award Program and other programs that use the DP1 and DP2 activity codes
o Added PHS 398 Cover Page Supplement and PHS 398 Research Plan to the application package

· Support for Grants.gov form updates (ability to process new form version)

o Don’t provide an agency validation to check business rules not enforced in the schema but enforced in the Adobe forms?
