Nominate a Project for the LonMarkInternational
Multi-Vendor Project of the Year Award!

LonMarkInternational recognizes the companies, projects and individuals that are leading the industry in innovation and accomplishments through its annual LonMark award program. Award winners will be announced at the January 2015 AHR Expo in Chicago, IL, USA and in the LonMarkMagazine.

LonMarkInternational 2014 Award Information

  • Award recipient may be nominated by his/her own firm.
  • Installations must include LonMarkInternational certified products from at least three different manufacturers and have as much subsystem integration as possible (such as lighting, security, window blinds, doors, etc.).
  • A minimum of 1 high resolution installation site photo must be delivered with the nomination application LonMarkInternational must further be released to use this photo.
  • Planned project completion must be no later than 31 December 2014.
  • Nomination submission must be sent via e-mail to .
  • Nomination submission will be closed on 3 October 2014.
  • Winners will be announced at the January 2015 AHR Expo in Chicago, IL, USA and will be listed in the LonMarkMagazine.

One winner will be selected in each of the following two categories:

  • Large Campus Integration
  • will recognize the best medium-to-large single installation
  • Small Repeatable Solution
  • will recognize integrators with multiple installations within retail, banking, restaurant chains, etc.

Nominations will be judged based upon the following criteria:

  • Degree of openness of the system consisting of the following elements
  • Use of LonMarkInternational Certified products
  • Use of integrated system components
  • Openness of all five areas of the system: Devices, Infrastructure, Tools, User Interface, and Enterprise Connectivity
  • Benefit of LON for the end user
  • Competitive bidding
  • Value of integrated system
  • Energy efficiency achieved
  • Maintenance and Operational efficiencies
  • Unique control strategy
  • Overall project scope
  • Unique application of LON towards system integration benefiting the project and the industry

This is a great opportunity to promote new innovative solutions. All winners will be highlighted in the upcoming issue of the LonMarkInternational Magazine. Companies are encouraged to enter projects completed within the past 12 months. Nominees need not be present at the AHR Expo event to win. Project nominations from around the world are encouraged.
