Mr. Allan L. Rosenhek, BA, JD, MBA:

Serves as Vice President of Corporate Development at Mobi724 Solutions Inc. Mr. Rosenhek is the Founder of Enstream. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of KnowledgeWhere Corp. He served as a General Manager of Bell Mobility Investments Inc. Prior to joining KnowledgeWhere, Mr. Rosenhek was responsible for the planning and development of TELUS Mobility's long term (12-36 month) products and services as well as the development and support of new business opportunities which were outside of TELUS Mobility's traditional lines of business. He was a key figure in the development of the Canadian inter-carrier Wi-Fi roaming initiative and the formation of Wireless Payment Services Inc. Prior to joining TELUS Mobility, Mr. Rosenhek ran the private equity arm of Bell Mobility Investments (BMI) where he guided and accelerated Bell Mobility's long-term data strategy by identifying, partnering and financing companies in the wireless Internet and data sectors. He served as Executive Vice President and Vice President of Glentel USA Inc. Mr. Rosenhek served as the Vice President of Corporate Development at Glentel Inc., where he built Canada's largest switchless residential long distance business, selling this business to AT&T Canada in November of 1998, spearheaded acquisitions, divestitures, strategic alliances, investments and the formation of new business units, playing a key role in Glentel's transformation into one of Western Canada's largest communication companies. His prior legal experience was focused on Mergers and Acquisitions and Taxation law. He serves as a Director of KnowledgeWhere Corp. He has been a Director of Mobi724 Global Solutions Inc. since March 18, 2015. He served as a Director of Citrix Systems Canada, Inc., Glentel USA Inc. and Motivus Software. Mr. Rosenhek holds an M.B.A. from the Richard Ivey School of Business, an LL.B. from the University of Manitoba Law School and a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Manitoba.

Mr. Georges E. Morin, BA, B.ADM, ICD.D:

Is a Founding Partner of Cosmos Capital Inc. Mr. Morin served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for Cossette Communications at Cossette Inc. In 1973, Mr. Morin joined Cossette as an Account Manager in Quebec City. He then served as Vice-President of client services at Cossette until 1982. In 1983, he opened the Toronto office and served as its Vice-President of client services until 1987. He was a founding partner of Cossette Communications Group. He served as Vice-President & General manager of Cossette Montreal. He serves as a Director of ImmerVision, la Chambre de la SecuritéFinancière, Canadian Tire Jumpstart Charity and OrchestreSymphonique de Montreal (Montréal Symphony Orchestra (MSO). He serves as Member of The Board of Directors at Technologies HumanWare Inc. He has been an Independent Director of Mobi724 Global Solutions Inc. since August 2015. Mr. Morin served as Director of Cossette Inc. from February 2009 to July 2009. He graduated from Laval University Business School (1976) with B.A./B. Adm., and completed an OPM management program at Harvard Business School as well as the Institute of Corporate Directors (2010).

Mr. Andre Halley:

Has been the President of International Advisory Services Ltd. Mr. Halley served as Managing Director at ORBCOMM, Inc. from May 1998 to May 1999 and served as its Executive Vice President of Global Marketing and Distribution since November 1999 and Senior Vice President of International Market Development from April 1998 to October 1999. From April 1996 to April 1998, Mr. Halley was employed by both Teleglobe Canada, Inc. and Teleglobe GmbH and was seconded to ORBCOMM International to provide it with management consulting services for international market development projects. He has over 30 years of experience as a senior executive and board member in high-tech industries. From 1994 to 1996, Mr. Halley was Vice President of Europe, Middle East and Africa for Teleglobe Canada. From 1992 to 1994, Mr. Halley was President of Optinet Communications and from 1990 to 1992, he was President of Cellular Canada. From 1986 to 1989, he was Vice President, Operations, Eastern Region for Bell Cellular, where he was responsible for, among other things, the expansion of Bell Cellular's client base and deployment of its system infrastructure. From 1988 to 1989, he was also President of Cellnet Canada. Prior to 1987, Mr. Halley held various positions with Bell Canada, including Division Sales Manager, National Accounts, Sales and Marketing and Account Representative. Mr. Halley has extensive career as an executive with companies such as Bell Canada - Bell Mobility , Chief Executive Officer of TIW Asia of Hong Kong and Chief Executive Officer of Ooreedo Algeria. Mr. Halley serves as the Chairman of PrevtecMicrobia Inc. He served as Chairman of Cassiot and Chairman of the Advisory Board of 2KIC INC. He has been a Director of Mobi724 Global Solutions Inc. since August 2016. He served as a Board Member of European Data Communications at Skywave Communications.

Mr. Luc Charbonneau, L.L.B., D.E.S.S:

Has been Vice President of Finance at Mobi724 Global Solutions Inc. since November 2014. Mr. Charbonneau serves as an Executive Officer of XLCAP Investments Inc, and FondsLaurentien SEC. He served as the Chief Financial Officer at Uman Pharma Inc. He has over 25 years of business experience in general management, mergers and acquisitions, private and public financings (IPO), management of capital as well as strategic business consulting. Mr. Charbonneau joined Bernard Coupal and Normand Balthazard. He was a Co-Founder and Vice President of Finance of two venture funds: BioCapital and EnviroCapital. He served as Strategic advisor for national and international corporation. He served as Senior Manager of Deloitte and Arthur Andersen corporate finance division’s in Montreal. He also earned strategic business consulting experience, accepting positions with Deloitte and Touch and Arthur Andersen. During these years, he advised companies (national and international) on strategic positioning, operational and transactional level: private and public financing, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. Mr. Charbonneau expanded his general management business experience working in both large and small high-growth businesses – as an Operator, Director and Shareholder - including the repurchase of companies (subsidiaries) of multinationals such as Cascades, Alcan, Garda, and Bristol Myers-Squibb.

Mr. Stephane Boisvert:

Has been the Chairman of Mobi724 Global Solutions Inc. since October 2014. Mr. Boisvert served as Chief Executive Officer of Mobi724 Global Solutions Inc. from January 2014 to October 2014 and served as its President. He served as an Executive Vice President of M2M & Integrated Payments Global Telecommunications at Mobi724 Global Solutions Inc. since September 2013. He served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales at Stingray Digital Group Inc. from 2014 to 2015. He was a Senior Advisor at Novacap Investments, Inc. He served as President of Bell Business Markets at Bell Canada, Inc. from May 2009 to July 2011 and President of Enterprise Business from August 1, 2006 to July 2011. He was Executive Vice President at Bell Business Markets from 2006 to 2011. Mr. Boisvert started his career at IBM Canada where he held a number of key managerial positions and ran the Global Marketing SMB in White Plains, New York until 2002. From 1985 to 2002, he has several management and leadership position at IBM in Canada. He has spent 20 years at IBM and Sun Microsystems. From 2002 to 2005, he served as President of Sun Microsystems of Canada, Inc. He was Senior Vice President of Global Solutions at Sun Microsystems in Silicon Valley from 2004 to 2006. As Senior Vice-President, Global Client Solutions Sales at Sun, Mr. Boisvert was responsible for its global technical sales force and professional services. He has more than 25 years’ experience as a thought leader in the Information and Communications Technology sector. His experience includes leadership roles in management, sales, marketing, mergers and acquisitions and lead executive responsibility for integrating acquisitions. In 2008, he launched the CCIT. He serves as the Chairman of First Equity Strategy LLC (doing business as Hybrid PayTech). He served as Chairman of Sun Microsystems Canada. He has been a Director of Mobi724 Global Solutions Inc. since September 21, 2012. He serves as a Director of OSM, Wellspring and Information Technology Association of Canada. He serves as a Member of Strategic Advisory Board at Jefferson Partners. He was one of Canada’s “Top 40 under 40” in 2000. Mr. Boisvert is a graduate of McGill University.
