a) / The Provisions laid down in the “Public Procurement Regulation-2008” & PPA (2nd Revision) 2009 & PW2 for procurement of work will be binding upon the Contractors.
b) / The work may be totally dropped. Quantity may be increased of decreased, No claim or extra rate will be entertained for cancellation of the tender or issuance of work order with decreased quantity of work.
c) / The work order will be issued only when the required budget for this work will be received for which no claim by the Contractor will be entertained.
d) / If the Tender submission is not possible on the last date fixed in the Notice due to the unavoidable circumstances the tender submission date will automatically shifted to the next working day with same time schedule.
e) / The completion Certificate mentioning the work done amount will be treated as experience certificate of the Tenderers for the Executed work.
f) / In case of credit Certificate from Bank specific package number and name of the work must be shown in the certificate.
g) / Other agency of the Govt. will have the authority to supervise the work for both quality & quantity in addition to BWDB, Officials as per instruction given by MoWR/BWDB.
h) / The Procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject all tenders prior to acceptance.
i) / Total quoted amount by the Contractor must not be less or above than 5% of the official estimate in case of official estimate up to Tk.200.00 lakh, Otherwise the tender shall be rejected. Estimated value furnished in TDS (Section-2) related to ITT 1.1
j) / If all the responsive bidders quote the same amount than the tender will be finalized as per provision in Regulation-98 of Public Procurement Regulation-2008” & PPA (2nd Revision) 2009.
k) / In addition of Original & Copy of the tender documents, the tenderer shall prepare and enclose another one copy of BOQ (Bill Of Quantities) in separate envelope duly marking the envelope as “BOQ” vide Board’s memo no-CPC/PPR/345(250) dated 07-06-2009. The envelopes of Original, Copy and separate one BOQ’s, i.e, 3 (three) envelopes shall than be enclosed in 1(one) single outer envelope.
l) / Intending tenderer must visit the working place before submitting the tender. Any objection/excuse related with site during execution of works will not be entertained.
m) / Tenderer having no experience for solar panel installation should not participate the tender.
