This is a follow-up tomy visit with the US Attorney's office in Baltimore, where I met with AUSA, Antonio Reynolds. Who informed me that the FBI must initiate the investigation before the US attorney can get involved. As an update Jean MashaudWas locked up yesterday allegedly in the course of and illegal eviction by Paul monger and Calvert County Sheriff Department. Which I witnessed in videotaped for her attorneys. The video will be available today. @ secretjustice.com program 318 for all people to view.
1.As a direct consequence of the illegal eviction. I or no family member was to be allowed on the property to Chronicle the event, so I took video from a neighbors house who allow me the use of the property. See Paul monger's description of his alleged property on the video. For reasons unknown evicted property was placed 900 feet insider Paul Monger allegedly property behind several signs indicating no trespassing and video recording under penalty of law.
2.I left the property. At approximately 3:30 PM on the 13th. Just as a major storm was coming in which I am sure were destroyed. All Jeans of the property that have been put out. As no one was allowed to enter onto mongers property under threat of arrest by Calvert County Sheriff's there was no use trying to save anything Jean was already in jail, and quite frankly I was there to document the eviction for her attorneys.
3.I must ask is it a common procedure to place the personal belongings of the person being evicted1000 feet inside of alleged private property of new owner and then not allow any family members or friends the opportunity to salvage personal property and belongings. This is a matter her attorneys will take up his court in recovery efforts. And I will be a personal be a witness for the victim.
4.Agent McFeely FYI , I will be filing another FOIA request of your office, seeking access to the videotaped of Jean Mashhad's interview with agent John Sheridan in the public corridors of the office building, the FBI leases space in Annapolis, Maryland. As I'm sure you're fully aware of by now. I have asked all the members of Congress and Senate to increase the budget for the FBI's white-collar frauds division and foreclosure fraud division because of the lack of facilities, the FBI has as agent John Sheridan clearly stated. Your office only has two desk facing each other.
5.The video will show that abuse of process was evident up until the final eviction, the judges of Maryland, seventh judicial circuit worked in lockstep with the two federal judges to deny the citizens rights and liberties under color of law, failing to provide honest services with the feast the courts charged the defendant for filing. Aiding and abetting in the furtherance of a criminal act against citizens which judges were made from we were off under 18 USC 3057 as records will attest. Aiding in the bed abetting in the shameless false arrest and malicious prosecution of victim Jean Mashaud.
6.The video will also reveal that the victims advocate and attorneys worked feverishly within the law to prevent this travesty of justice, with no avail. I am sure now that the damages been done, Jean attorneys will be filing claims against those responsible. As she is entitled to under Maryland declaration of rights article 19. It's sad to believe the not one court, not one judge, not one US attorney, not one FBI agent, the Maryland Atty. Gen.'s office, the Maryland state governor would intervene to stop this injustice.[1]
Once again I thank you for your time and attention in this matter and I sincerely hope that the US Congress takes my advice and increases the budget of the FBI and Justice Department so that you can MORE effectively prosecute Banks and their Attorneys involved in this multi Trillion dollar foreclosure scheme which is bankrupted our nation.
