Life After High School Unit

Life After High School Unit

Life After High School Unit

The purpose of this unit is to help students explore options outside of high school. Students will research a variety of college and career opportunities as well as plan for living out in the “real world” without parental assistance.

This project will consist of three major parts:

  1. Career Research
  2. College Research
  3. “Life After High School” Budget Report***

Required Materials:

  • 1 inch binder or 3-prong folder
  • USB drive recommended

This assignment will require that you keep up with your work and stay organized. You will be working on computers, so remember to save your work to your student drive or USB drive often.

Each part of this project will represent its own individual test grade. There will be multiple checkpoints and mini-assignments along the way to help you stay on track.

Keep a running list of websites that you used to get your info. I will not require a full bibliography/works cited page, but I will require a full list of all sources for each part of the project. Find lined “Works Cited” pages attached to this packet.

***Time allowing.
